Eco Arts Workshop
We welcome you all to our “Mná Fiáin” Eco Arts Workshop

We will explore themes of nurturing, sustainability, and creativity, focusing on interconnectedness and what it means to be a woman in the world today.

We will use natural materials, leaves, clay and earth pigments to create symbolic or expressive art pieces and through mindful reflection, you will be given the opportunity to express what you experience on the day through mindful journaling, meditation and sharing a story around the fire.

Spring is a time for new life, and new beginnings and when the natural world wakes up in readiness for birthing new life. Seeds turn to seedlings and burst through the earth, the long winter nights slowly give way to warmer temperatures and longer days and the cycle of life begins again. The air is full of promise, possibilities, imaginings, adventure, and hope for the coming year.
What does this time of year teach us?
How do we identify with Nature in its constant state of flux, birth and death and birth again?
How does the earth remind us to make room for the new, and to trust in the ebb and flow of the seasons?
In this one-day workshop, we will explore these questions through mindful forest meditation and immersive engagement with clay.
